This feature allow customers to just tap their device that has NCF capability to the point of sale machine and a transaction will be made. Card issuers are willing to pay transaction fees to Apple for participating in the Apple Pay which means they will get less money, yet they are betting that their costs will be covered easily. Banks such as Wells Fargo, Citibank, and J.P Morgan are all signing up to participate in this new technology that supports Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. This is all due to the fact that they all think this is much more convenient for their clients and will make electronic transaction easier.
