Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are all factors that contribute to the decision making process among managers. Managers strive to remain ethical through the diverse challenges and innovative technology that has increased globalization.

When an organization is well organized and equipped to deal globally, they can produce more and compete at a level of high standards. Although technology has enhanced where Google can relish as one of the creators of the next generation of web technologies (2010), global interaction with some countries is still not feasible because of compatibly. Some organizations are not equipped to do business around the world, which strains economic development in countries. Not only is global interaction prosperous for an organization but also domestically.

Global control is another challenging factor but can be accomplished with structured management. Controlling different sectors globally is difficult. Financial monitoring may be an issue when doing business in parts of the world whereas acceptable behavior in the United States is not acceptable in another culture, or vice versa, such as bribery. Each country has its own set of beliefs that can either bring prosperity among all or ultimate loss. Leadership involves taking control of a situation before a problem becomes out of control. Plan to have everything in place, organize, and control a situation before corruption occurs.
