In this case between International Paper Co. v. Farrar there was a contract entered with an agreement for the amount of 21,500 tomato boxes for $0.64 per box. On the time of arrival Farrar received the boxes and 3,624 of the were immediately pack with tomatoes. At the time of getting the shipment ready the boxes were stacked in which created them to collapse and damage the tomatoes. Farrar decided to inform International about the situation and doesn’t want to continue business. Now International is arguing that since they accepted the boxes they must pay for them.
