I am a practicing internist serving the Metro Atlanta area providing House Calls to homebound patients. I had the distinct honor of working with Dr. Raghda Al Anbari for 12 weeks in an externship program. She encountered over 500 patients and was enthusiastic, dependable and very committed to the practice of medicine.
Dr. Al Anbari unveils a comprehensive aptitude for communicating and interacting with patients, family members and staff in a professional and amicable manner. Her demeanor allows her to develop trusting relationships with the patients. This quality was illuminated by the patients’ family members. She exhibits a prodigious compassion while caring for patients; she greets each patient by name with a firm hand shake and a warm smile. She sits down while conversing with her patients during each encounter. The patients habitually commented on how her bedside manners allowed them to feel comfortable.

Raghda demonstrate exceptional disease management skills; her understanding of the human physiology and anatomy is mirrored by her comprehensive and succinct history-taking and physical examinations. She is able to elicit all the relevant information during each visit. She employs holistic approaches when discussing diseases and exploring how they impacted the patients’ daily lives. She is able to construct robust relationships with the house staff with her captivating personality. She works efficiently both independently and as part of the team.
