She spends her time with focusing her efforts in basics areas that will build connections with her and her followers.

Mayer uses three tools that help to improve her working on relationships: Listen: Marissa gives a chance to other people to talk and pay attention on what they are saying. She removes anything distract from their conversations and focus on the people who trying to convey. Understand: Marissa appreciates other people actions value their contributions.
