With respect to our numerous discussions in the past few weeks and keeping a check of the trend in the market I would highly recommend that you wait and see your investments for returns in the future . This market is highly lucrative and unstable but very attractive with all the offers coming up. We know that investments are done with a goal in mind : safety , income or growth . I know that safety and growth of the investment are your main priorities. Current available income from the investment is not essential , but in future you would require payment from the investment .

With our ongoing investment from the past ; Property is the best type of investment that anyone can do at this time . The investment that we made in the beginning of the year 2013 at KRISHH property,INDIA is a very good investment .Seeing the location and the amenities provided by the builders we can see the growth of the property . We can clearly make this out by the price hike that they have had in the last few months . Right now we see that the property market is stablized , there is no profit and no loss scenario in the market . All this trends are followed by the government and the hike in property prices that they do . According to all the builders near the SEC 102 , GURGAON,INDIA they are going through the same phase of no hike in the price of the property. But we know that with all the big property players involved in the building of this township ; there is no chance of lose that the property we have purchase would be at a lose . My strong recommendation is that we keep hold of this property , as it is going to be extremely profitable for us in the near future. According to market research we know that there is always demand for property . Therefore , with time the prices of property will cent percent rise beyond imagination .we know that right now there are so many properties for sale from the realtors that it is difficult to choose from .

Another reason behind the sustained growth in the GDP and other incomes is that the fundamentals of the Indian economy are gradually becoming strong and sustainable. All these factors are to be considered responsible for attracting investment towards this sector.”
