Is Identity Important In History

Identity is important in history and currently, it expresses how you feel and what other people think of you or what everybody else thinks. It can affect countless of people. For example, one person can affect a whole group of people such as Trump’s travel ban, the War of Independence, and how the Americans struggled for power. It could also be how easily women get discriminated and how they fight for it such as Women’s Rights. This is why identity is worth fighting for and important for a great deal of people who are affected by discrimination and other things in their life. One reason Identity is worth fighting for is if one person thinks of someone differently that it could affect a great mass of people too, such as Trump’s travel ban has changed the way that people think of him, disliking a group of non harmful citizens had him banning six different countries with most Muslims in it. He wouldn’t even let the families or people come to the US and if they did, they got stopped and weren’t even allowed going back to their home country.

In history the British had a style of controlling other people and not caring about others identity. In the War of Independence the Americans are done with the British controlling them. They

Women's rights are important because mostly women get discriminated too often about how we throw and apparently how women are weak, but in reality some of us aren't weak.
