Chance (the first person to call after I did the online inquiry) called at 1:49 PM on 10-26-2017 within a matter of minutes. I had stepped away from my phone and missed his call. I was not expecting ADP to call me so swiftly. Chance and I never spoke by phone. Chance left me a message that said he was Chance with ADP and that he was just following up with me with me with some questions that he needs to verify so he could set me up with the appropriate sales associate. Chance told me to please reply to the email or to give him a call. I waited for the email and when he was not received I called Chance back at 10-26-2017 at 4:19 PM and received Chances voice mail and explain who I was and provide my email address again and let him know I was waiting on the questioner…show more content… I received the form 10-26-2017 at 4:35 PM complete the form and emailed it back to Chance Fri, Oct 27, 2017, at 10:26 AM. Chance replied that he received my response Friday, Oct 27, 2017, at 11:48 AM and let me know he would be forwarding the form to a sales rep. Alan a sales rep called me at 10/27/2017 1:16 PM and left a voicemail that he was from ADP and he said that he received my request regarding my company and things like that with a reply from Chance. Alan said his goal here at ADP was to make sure I was working with the right specialist so he wanted to based on the email reply get a better idea of exactly what your looking for and your company size to get you in touch with not only the right department, but the right individual hear at ADP. Alan said to give him a call back at my earliest convenience. I called Alan 10-27-2017 at 4:37 PM, 4:41 PM, 4:43 PM, 4:44 PM ever time Alan said hello and I replied hello Alan then said hello, hello I said Alan can you hear me Alan replied hello, hello and he the call
