1. First Lieutenant Jake McClane was stopped by Security Forces upon entering base upon suspicion that he was intoxicated based on appearance and running over a curb entering base. Upon further investigation, First Lieutenant McClane failed a field sobriety test administered by Security Forces and was found to be operating his personal vehicle under the influence of strong pain medication, which he does not have a current prescription for. First Lieutenant McClane is single with no disciplinary history.
