What is a Hero? What makes a Hero? What Characteristics do heroes have? A hero is someone that basically helps and saves people. There’s all different types of heroes though. Not just like superman or batman, it could be a president like James Madison. It could almost be anyone as long as they’re are good reasons behind why their a hero. Three Characteristics that a hero should have is...bravery, honesty, and courage. James Madison was the fourth president and was the Father of the Constitution. He was born in March 16, 1751(James Madison Biography). James Madison wrote the drafts of the U.S Constitution. James Madison had the courage and bravery just by being a president because it sure isn't an easy job.
