“The present situation of the world is indeed without a parallel, and that of our own country full of difficulties.” (Madison) The founding fathers struggled, beginning in 1765, to envision a neoteric government in which tyranny is not a likely outcome. James Madison, the fourth president of the United States of America, brings up the issue in his inaugural address that the world, more importantly the U.S., is burdened with many hardships against the ultimate goal of an operational government rather than a tyrannical monarchy. Madison, also known as the Father of the Constitution, had the greatest impact on the United States government due to his contribution to the writing of the Bill Of Rights, The United States Constitution, and The Federalist
