On 10-18-17 Jaqueriaus' mom, Felisha was trying to whip him with an extension cord. Felisha then tried to choke Jaqueriaus around the neck with the extension cord. Felisha punched Jaqueriaus' in the nose several times until Jaqueriaus' nose started to bleed. Felisha hits Jaqueriaus' head against the wall multiple of times. Felicia threw Jaqueriaus in a trash can. After throwing Jaqueriaus in the thrash can; Felicia stated that: "She was going to send him away." It is unknown what was meant by this. Jaqueriaus' oldest sister (Fantasia) got in between Felisha and Jaqueriaus. Fantasia was trying to get Felisha to stop hitting Jaqueriaus. Felisha pushed Fantasia out of the way and continue hitting Jaqueriaus.
After, Felisha got finishes hitting Jaqueriaus; she left home. Felisha took Jaqueriaus' twin sister (Jamesha) to dance practice. Felisha came back to the home and dropped Jamesha home and then left. Felisha did not return home until two or three o'clock in the morning. It is unknown where Felisha went. Felisha does works. Jaqueriaus stated that: "He thinks his mother hates him. He thought he has a concussion." Jaqueiaus has not received any medical care. Jaqueriuas stated to the Assitant Principal (Ronnie) that: "He did not want to go home this afternoon." It is unknown why. Fantasia and Jamesha confirmed and verified what had happened to Jaqueriaus.
