As proven above, Advertisement industries around the world have stooped to an all-time low. feeding the people of today's world false realizations such as beauty standards, which for the most part are faked with photoshop and other means. And bring in acceptances that not one individual alone can change. The acceptance of this among the general population also helps promote what advertisment industries are getting into, and the fact that people progress into buying these products and do not stop buying horrible companies products helps them stick to what they’re doing. However, this is not solely the advertisement businesses fault. If individuals keep buying the products being advertised, than in a sense, aren't they helping promote the product too? Have you ever noticed how many people are walking advertisements? Hollister, american eagle and abercrombie are prime examples of walking advertisement. whether you think it or not, you’ve been a walking advertisement. from shoes to shirts to sunglasses to hats, even your car is an example of walking advertisement (even if it is more of driving advertisement than walking, haha). In other words, if you do not want a company to prevail, or progress into the wrongdoings you or one feels is occurring, then stop promoting them.
