IPod Technology of the Future

A long time ago one of the most frequently thinking things out, when getting ready for a long trip such as planes, trains, and car rides. Trying to decide on what Cd has too take or listen too, people burning CD’s mixes repeatedly become more and more popular as someone can have all different kinds of various artist and genres of music, it made it easier for people because they did not have to keep changing Cd’s repeatedly. In October 2001 that all changed, Apple had released what was going to turn into the most popular hand held electronics. The wonderful hand held electronics was the IPod.

October 23, 2001 the IPod was released in the world, the iPod was available for $399 with a 5GB hard drive. Some people through that are was a little much. However, it did not matter the iPod was an instant hit for consumers. Also in March 2002 apple come out with a 10GB version only for $499 and in July a 20GB version that was introduced, at the price of $499. Apple had dropped off $100.00 of the price of the other two (iPod History, 2001-2009) The IPod has what many people believe started out as, something for pleasure that has gone beyond that. It had reached the heights that many people would have never pictured, what started out as just a scrolling black and white screen. That had a music library and the basic gaming capabilities, which has turned into a device with learning capabilities. On apples ‘learning interchange’ there is an article titled ‘IPod touch. Touching student’s lives in the classroom. Not only is the IPod able to assist in the classroom with its voice over capability and its accessibility. It has become a great learning tool for those that have special needs, such as there is an application called the iHearClear, and it is a hearing aid application. It
