This law influences people in many ways, such as in political, social, religious and economic, including people and organizations engaged in business activities. Law exists to overcome many disputes in society, including business relationship between employees and employers. The case originally filed in 2014 in United States District Court – District of New Hampshire, Case No. 14-cv-475-SM, under title Maureen McPadden v. Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P., and Jennifer Fonseca. In this case, the plaintiff is Maureen McPadden and the defendants are Wal-Mart, the former employer of the plaintiff and Jennifer Fonseca, the former co-worker.
