The purpose of legal system is to resolve society’s problems with peaceful solution. This law influences people in many ways, such as in political, social, religious and economic, including people and organizations engaged in business activities. Law exists to overcome many disputes in society, including business relationship between employees and employers. Almost every issue or dispute in society becomes a legal issue that needs to be settled by the courts, as well as the issue described in the article titled “Walmart Ordered to Pay $31 Million for Retaliating Against Pharmacist Whistleblower,” published by Consumerist.com on January 29, 2016.
The case originally filed in 2014 in United States District Court – District of New Hampshire, Case No. 14-cv-475-SM, under title Maureen McPadden v. Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P., and Jennifer Fonseca.
