Jessica frost states that “ national security is an essential factor of any functioning society the freedom is just as important” Personally I think that if we don’t have security there will be no freedom, in order to be free and feel free, we need to be secured and have protection but I also think that both are important. Security makes sure to protect us from what can affect us, but if security does not free us then freedom does become more important. Our freedom is mainly important because it allows us to be less worried and makes us feel like we are capable of anything but as well as our security lets us feel safer and we can do things without having to worry if something bad will happen to us. Like on the Internet they show evidence that either can be more important, but if you really think about it freedom and security make you feel the same way they both allow you to feel free, if you’re secure you're free . Security gives you the safety of the state organization against criminal activity such as terrorism, theft or espionage then again freedom gives you The right to act, speak or think as one wants without obstruction or restraint.
