In verse 11 it is saying to be strong and believe I god and that anything you ask him her will do. You just have to stay strong, have faith, and in his words “be strong in the lord and the strength of his might,” god will have been there with you, he’s the Holy Spirit that guards your heart. He wants you to fight evil and fight sin. Twelve is saying fight sin and evil with all you got. Go to it as you would a championship game. Say no to the wrong things and yes to the right. Follow god’s commandments. Believe that you have god everywhere you go and that he is your armor he will protect you in everything wrong and write thing you do. Verse 13 is saying that we do not fight our own flesh and blood we fight the power of satin. He wants us to turn away from god go to hell and follow him into the dark. "Gird your loins with truth." 2) Righteousness "Put on the breastplate of righteousness." 3) Peace "Shod your feet with the gospel of peace." 4) Faith "Taking up the shield of faith." 5) Salvation "Take the helmet of salvation." 6) The Word of God"the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God." This is not a Gospel text in the sense that it lays Christ and His sacrifice on our behalf before us. It is not a Law text in the sense that it gives us rules for living or a pattern for holiness. We can find both Law and Gospel here, but the importance of these words is that they set
