I found a place that is about 27 Miles outside of Downtown Chicago in 1401 Nordic Road Itasca, Illinois

Eaglewood Resort and Spa

They actually have meeting packages that covers everything. Food, Rooms, etc.

About (they wouldn't give me an exact number just an average) $280 Per person per night.

That covers Dinner on day of arrival, a continental breakfast and Lunch Buffet on the Second day. Since it is for two nights

we're looking at $560 a person...that also includes the use of a Meeting room (Green Area: Violet Room) which holds up to 32 people in a classroom setting.
