John F. Kennedy was a president, as well as a senator. He was the 35th president of our home, the United States of America. Kennedy also served in the Navy during WWII. J.F.K. was assassinated on November 21, 1963. Although his life was prematurely ended, he demonstrated loyalty, intelligence, and he was a great role model all through his life and his presidency.
John F. Kennedy strongly believed that it is not one's right to leave a man behind. During Kennedy’s time in the Navy, he was a Lieutenant of a patrol ship in the South Pacific. One day while patrolling for enemy ships, they encountered a Japanese destroyer. It was headed straight toward their little patrol ship at a very quick rate.

During his presidency during the time of the Cuban missile crisis, he would wake up every day at 7 a.m., and talk to foreign leaders about war and politics so that he could keep peace. He would not go to bed until 11 p.m., and he was working for America the whole time. He even made time to take care of his children and play with them, and he was a very busy man.
John also created the Peace Corps. The Peace Corps helps people all around the world who are in need. Many looked at John as a very smart and influential man because not only did he help his fellow Americans, he helped people all around the globe. John was so smart that he got accepted into Harvard University. He was socially smart because he was a very good speaker, and popular with people. He was also a strong believer in the idea that all men are created equal.
J.F.K. was a senator, and our 35th president. He served in the Navy during WWII, where he piloted a ship that was attacked and he received a medal for an award for his courageous actions. Kennedy was so loyal to his country that he spend countless hours, every single day, working and speaking to foreign leaders.
