Catherine great post! Your comparison of the two models was very clear. I had chosen to evaluate those two models as well and came to the same conclusion that the clinical scholar model would match my organization the best. It sounds as if one of the big driving factors to choosing a clinical scholar model for you was the workshop which was one of my reasonings as well. I had done some research on the John Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based Practice Model and they actually offer a program as well but it does not sound as in-depth.
