“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.” To me this quote by John Quincy Adams describes exactly what it takes to be a leader. A leader isn’t just someone who leads the group; a leader is someone who is willing to make sacrifices to better others, not only themselves. The leadership qualities and that I think I relate to the best are: being a positive role model, and demonstrating academic initiative.
