EREPORT # 18899 stated the following: 01.30.2016, arrived at resident around 930a, house was filthy, mold in bathroom, toilet was brown, both children sleep in one room that is a garbage dump. Samantha was yelling, screaming cursing at the kids, threatening to "beat their ass". Sent them outside without any jacket by themselves while she was on the phone. She takes Addi to her mothers and leaves her there for days, Judy Holliman takes Addi to school and picks her up. Addi does not want her stepfather Wesley, picking her up from school. The teachers at her school have expressed concern to Judy Holliman about Addi's withdrawal. 01.06.2016 - Neighbor had to wake up Wesley after pounding on door for more than 15 minutes so Wesley could pick Samantha…show more content… 01.09.2016- Noah was sent to Wesley's parents due to not being able to "control" him per Samantha. 10.08.2016 - Wesley told Samantha it was not his responsibility to take or pick up Addi at school. She would have to find another way to take care of Addi. Samantha took Addi to Judy Holliman's and left her there for 2 weeks without visiting. She did not supply any food or other needs for Addi while staying with Judy. 10.01.2015-12.28.2015 - numerous visits to the house during this timeframe. Kids would not be in bed on school nights until after 11pm and Samantha would be up yelling and screaming at the kids because they did not want to get up. 01.30.2016 -Judy Holliman took both children from the home and back to her house because Samantha was cursing, destroying property at the home. Rick Holliman who lived in the home until the end of December was witness to all the above and much more. I am his fiance'. Addi - mommy using bad words again, she not nice person. Addi is extremely small for her age. She has withdrawn from most people and is eating little food. Addi is very emotionally upset about how her parents have treated her
