FruitPOP will be stored in a warehouse will it waits to be shipped or trucked out to a store for purchase by customers. In order to sell internationally, FruitPOP will also be manufactured in other regions of the world like Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom. There it was also be shipped and stored in a warehouse until brought to a store for purchase. In the United States stores or places of purchase the soft drink will be sold will be convenience stores, target, and sports stadiums. FruitPOP will also be sold at groceries stores everywhere, including : Cub Foods, Coborns, Whole Foods, Byerly's and others. (Distribution). The market research analysts of FruitPOP will be collecting information from customer's to analyze their buying habits and attitudes in order to be able to be competitive with other brands. One way analysts will receive information to predict consumer demand will be by the contact information label on the can. Email, social network labels, and a telephone customer service number will be available on the can so that customer's may be able to reach and give advice on our product. (Marketing Information Management). When considering to expanding the business to other countries, market research will be used to adapt the original FruitPOP to that country's tastes. We can gain input from consumers in other countries by giving out samples at popular grocery stores and getting feedback from customers. Also by studying the design and advertising techniques of other popular soda brands, and what makes customers buy specific products, FruitPOP can alter its design to appeal to people of other origin. In order to finance the brand, FruitPOP, directors of the company will need to prepare budgets for marketing and advertising events. And in the beginning, obviously a loan will be needed to start a company. In the category of customer financing, customer's will receive different payment options. Including being able to purchase our product with cash, credit, check, etc. More options and convenience for the customer means more purchases, and more profit. Also, our company could partner with another popular brand, and receive more income, and popularity through that.(Financing). FruitPOP will be priced according to consumer demand. In sports stadiums, where drinks are on high demand - the price will be higher than in a basic general store where the need for a drink isn't as great. In other stores, such as Target, the price will be made into a lower price to stay in competition with the many other offered brands. But the price will still cover all manufacturing fees and still make a profit for the brand. (Pricing). To stay up to date with the latest trends and keep FruitPOP hip and cool, the company will need to develop, maintain, and improve the product to respond to the customer's needs and wants. The brand's shape, packaging, and design of the can will evolve has trends come and go and also has FruitPOP grows as a company. Some options for us are to transfer and enable our beverage to be available in a bottle as well as a can. Or the company could offer a taller can, for a more sleek look. Also in the future more flavors will be available. And since our company is based around fruit, and making a healthier soda, we could add a tropical line of fruits to our brand or more rare fruits that aren't heard of very often. (Product/Service Management). The company's design of the can could evolve from an all black base color to a color that most represents the flavor of FruitPOP in the can. As an example, if the flavor was something including kiwi, the base color for the can could be manufactured green. As time passes, FruitPOP could create more branches and offer more drink rather than just soda. The company could start to manufacture tea, or juices of the
