I have chosen to write an essay over Julio Iglesias for this Latin American research assignment. His full name is Julio Jose Iglesias de la Cueva. Iglesias is a Latin American singer and songwriter that has had a very historical career. He is 72 years old and was born on September 23, 1943 in Madrid, Spain. He was very successful in the 1970s and 1980s with his music worldwide. He was one of the most popular Latin American singers in the late 20th century and is still continues to be popular today at an old age.
Iglesias childhood was a good childhood. His parents were Dr. Julio Iglesias Puga and Maria del Rosario de la Cueva Perignat. Iglesias was always known for having a passion for music and his fans. He is the first Latin American artist to ever make different songs in different languages. His purpose was to make everyone in the world happy with his music and he definitely did that when he decided to reach different people who speak different languages. His music was very impactful and he still makes people happy today.
Iglesias will probably go down in history as one of the best Latin American artists ever. He achieved many goals and did things that no one could ever think an artist could do. A tragic accident brought him his destiny. If he would’ve never gotten that guitar then he would’ve never known about this music career. His music career has been amazing and he is still singing at 72 years old. He continues to still be successful today and continues to sing and reach many different audiences worldwide. He enjoys making music and making people happy and I think that is what keeps him going, he truly loves
