After taking the Jung Typology Test, my results gave me the INTJ type or the introvert, intuitive, thinking, and judging type. The test resulted in me being slightly introvert over extrovert, moderately inclining to intuition over sensing, being moderately more of a thinker than depending on feelings, and having a slight incline to judging than to perceiving. Some pros that can be seen in the INTJ type is being able manage both my broad imagination and the reality of situations. Also, some other pros are having a free thought mind, which comes handy with my major, and the discretion I have with my personal relationships. On the other side, some cons include the large constraint of dealing with emotions, which causes difficulty in my personal relationships, and being seen as someone that doesn’t seem to participate much in social activities. In addition, some surprises where how I was a “slight” introvert considering that I see myself highly more inclined towards being an introvert and the idea that sometimes people may have the truth behind the idea that I may seem arrogant, but in reality it’s my self-confidence that has been built on whether I know enough knowledge on a topic or simply don’t know enough. Also, it’s important to know about one’s character that way one can be more understanding as to why sometimes we think or act a certain way. Personally, since I’m more a thinker than someone who uses their feelings I have a problem with being able to withhold personal relationships, but knowing my character allows me not to be so harsh on myself when building these personal relationships.
