In the drama, Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare, the juxtaposition of Antony and Brutus' humanity is best seen in their eulogies through their reasonings, the crowd's response, and their manner of speaking. Brutus, as an orator, argued with logic rather than emotion; Antony proved his point of view with emotion. Although Brutus expresses his love for Caesar, he logically argues that "as he[Caesar] was ambitious, I slew him" (3.2.1505).
