Kerrie Peterson was an individual that did not sleep well at the night financial quarterly review that has occurred during the planning session with the Chief Executive Officer. The organization Access had begun to face a change. Kerrie had begun to face some stress about the fact that she felt that her team was not prepared enough for what the was about to face although before these situations occurred they had showed themselves to be worthy (Lester & Parnell, 2006). Kerrie must first set a plan on the order of the way that things needs to be conducted. Kerrie should first look at the situations overall and see what is the be way to fix the situation. Kerrie must look at the things that are least important and they are not really mandatory when it comes downs to needs. Kerrie need to cut expense that requires extra thoughts as well as time. If Kerrieā€™s eliminate things that are not mandatory, then this would help the cost of operations (Lester & Parnell, 2006). The cut would benefit the cost for 5% or maybe a little more. Although there is a Large number of items that need to be cut it still will require a gain of 10% that will still be needed. Kerrie had many goals that had many goals that had many goals that had been set and they required a lot of awareness which can help operate the cost to help with the benefits of the organization. Kerrie plan that had been established would be very beneficial in so many different ways. Although Kerrie had set a plan that seem to be well organized it still required a lot operating the plan that had been set to achieve.
