I have an ambitious plan for my summer vacation. I plan to grow tomatoes and make my own ketchup, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce. I picked ketchup as my favorite formulated food for this assignment.
Ketchup is made with tomatoes which are considered an acid food with a pH reading of 3.6. Acid food are less likely to spoil.
