Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly is Anthony Bourdain’s memoir about his 25 years in the culinary industry. The book begins with Bourdain developing a love for food, while in France as a child. It moves to his humble beginning in the culinary industry as a lowly dishwasher at a seasonal New England restaurant.
