Every human being inherently deserves respect, freedom and the right to deliberate over conflicting choices that will affect their existence, without persecution or punishment for expressing individuality. This passionate devotee and advocate for voluntary euthanasia unequivocally supported the legalisation of this process for terminally ill people to have the right to end their life of agony. Despite her desperate pleas to achieve such virtuous rights, Kylie was perpetually repudiated due to the dichotomized moral opinions. She was viciously attacked and held at knife point, though circumstantially fleeing the consecutive day. The extent of psychological trauma emanated by David and Catherine Birnie caused social devastation as this depravity is condescension of morality as this injustice opposes rectitude. This self-gratification proves that normative moral conduct is not undertaken in David and Catherine Birnie’s transgression, which verifies their complete disregard for human existence. In spite of this these young lives were tragically taken prematurely, in a deliberate manner, which undermines legal systems
