In the picture it shows a person who I may believe that it somehow made it seem like if it were Langston Hughes. The poems all have meanings to them. In which they mainly try to relate with world problems, or usual things that normally go through. So in each one it represents something to all the three poems. You may be wondering the name of the paining, it’s, ‘If This World Was Mine”. The poem “Mother to Son” it’s trying to give a meaning about how the mother is putting the terms of how she sees life but explaining it in a kind of dramatic way. “Harlem” another poem, this compared to the painting is basically meaning to waking up to an unknown happening of a day.
