The greatest happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved. Lars and the Real Girl comes across a dramatic comedy that poses the question what if a town full of people pretended that a life size doll was an actual person. When first watching the movie Lars Lindstrom, the viewer tell that lars is sweet, caring, and helpful person. Lars has a fear of human contact which form a delusional disorder where he falls in love with, Bianca, a life sized doll. When Lars receives the doll that he ordered on the internet he display some very unusual behaviors. He believes that Bianca is a real person, when she truly just a doll. Lars introduced Bianca to his brother and sister-in-law. “I have a visitor” (Lars). in his delusion Bianca does talk she disagree with him and they have loud arguments. “so if you need anything, Gus and Karin are right across the hall” (Lars). Karin suggest to Gus that Lars should see their family physician, Dr.Birnman. Gus knew that Lars would not do that. Thinking quickly on her feet, Karin suggests to Lars they should take Bianca to the family Physician. “Just to ensure Bianca’s heath isn’t affected by the sudden change of climate” (Karin). “She has sister” (co-worker)? The reason why because the treatment made Lars feel more loved, and he open up more to his family. It also helped him talk to the real girl. “Would you like to take a walk” (Lars) Margo been trying to talk to Lars since the beginning of the movie. She always started conversations with him but he gives her a dry respond. “Yeah I was thinking. We're the only one from the lake, we could've gone pool” (Margo). Looking back at the movie Lars has change tremendous since the beginning. He is willing to start a relationship with Margo who he never wanted to talk to. Gus and Lars would have better relationship since Lars is coming around
