In the far distant past, Las Vegas monopolized the use of gambling casinos in the United States to prove that it is providing jobs and opportunities for other business. Being an organization that provided such opportunities also develop leadership capabilities and recognition. However, the downside to these opportunities has caused some people believing that the establishment contributes to crimes and addiction to gambling. Today, many people dispute over the morality of gambling are expectable. While some oppose gambling on religious principles or on the increase rate of crimes. Still others argue that the costs of gambling fall unduly on the underprivileged. Therefore, the problem lies in the difference of negative rights theory.
