Issues involved in resolving legal disputes in international transactions can include: mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, complex litigation, employment law, global finance and tax securities to name a few. Other issues to consider would be foreign politics and foreign government policies. Contracts written that do not detail information on breeching the said contract could also pose a large problem.
What are some practical considerations of taking legal action against a foreign business partner based in another country? Some considerations to take would be the governing laws in the other country, political, economic and/or health crisis and the litigation process of that country.
