Mark Neece made contact with the police department to file a rob in reference to his former girlfriend, Courtney Curry threaten his daughter, Nova Neece (W/F DOB 11/26/2013). Mark stated he has been in a dating relationship with Courtney for about five years. The two have one child in common, Madison Hellen Fye Neece (W/F DOB 6/29/2016), with a possible second child on the way.
He advised that Courtney moved out the residence three months prior to this report. He stated that he has a text stating that Courtney moved out the residence of her own free will and removed all her personal property.

Upon further conversation Mark informed me that he has allowed Courtney to remain at the residence for three nights at a time due to …show more content…
Contact was made by telephone with C&C Real Estate, who was able to confirm that Mark Neece is renting the property, however, Courtney resides at the residence.

Mark stated that he had a verbal disagreement with Courtney over the phone on the evening of 11/5/2017. He advised after the verbal disagreement ended Nova informed that that Courtney threaten to “kill” her on day in the month of October 2017.

He stated at that time his other children, Ryan and Raidon, informed him that Courtney stated that she would break their toys and take away all their privileges if that told Mark about her cheating with “Billy”.

I requested to speak to Nova separate from Ryan and Raidon but in the presence of Mark.

Nova stated she was at “Billy’s” mother house (unknown location) with Courtney during the month of October 2017. She advised that she observed Courtney and “Billy” interacting and upon Courtney’s return to the vehicle with Nova that was when the statement was made.
