Leonardo Da Vinci a man who changed the world, a man who will always live in history.
Many people thought his ideas were crazy and that his inventions were not possible.
Da vinci helped to study the inside of the human body and to create helicopters, tanks and parachutes, important inventions that are used in today’s era. He changed the word of art by creating one of the best paintings in history like “The Mona Lisa” and “The Last Supper. ” Even now, mostly everyone has “The Last Supper” in their house. His ideas and body of work have influenced countless artists and made da Vinci a leading light of the Italian Renaissance. Leonardo Da vinci was born in Italy, 15 of april 1452 in Vinci, Republic of Florence. His mother was Caterina Da Vinci and his father was Piero Fruosino di Antonio Da Vinci. He was raised by his father and stepmothers. Later, at the age of five, he went to live with his uncle and grandparents at the Tuscan town. He received the formal education, but his artistic talents were evident from an early age. Da Vinci had the opportunity to begin an apprenticeship with the noted artist “Andrea del Verrocchio,” in Florence.
He learned a variety of technical skills such as: metalworking, leather arts, carpentry, drawing, painting, and sculpting. Those skills help him to be the great artist he was. At the age of 20, da Vinci qualified for membership as a master artist in Florence’s Guild of Saint Luke and established his own workshop.
