He has composed two musicals, and co-written the music for another. Miranda also co-wrote the music for Disney’s Moana. He is one of the most popular composers of our time. Lin- Manuel Miranda is a great role-model because he is talented, innovative, and hardworking. To begin Lin-Manuel Miranda is talented. He wrote his first musical In The Heights in 1999 when he was a sophomore in college. The musical opened on Broadway in March 2008. It was nominated for thirteen Tonys, and it won four. His most successful musical Hamilton: An American Musical peeked at #1 U.S. Top Cast Album, #1 U.S. Top Rap Album, and #1 on U.S. Top Album. Hamilton was also nominated for sixteen Tonys, and won eleven. Miranda also stars in Hamilton and In The Heights.
He can sing, rap, and dance. Next, Lin-Manuel Miranda is innovative. Everything he works on has a very diverse cast. Hamilton has actors that represent almost every race and religion. This makes it one of the most diverse casts on Broadway. His rap album The Hamilton Mixtape was referred to as “an obvious game changer” by The New Times.
