OMAM included lots of literary devices, theme, and connections. The examples of literary devices I found were mood and imagery. The example of mood was when the men in the bunkhouse were waiting to hear the gunshot of Carlson killing Candy’s dog, the mood was very sad and uncomfortable for many.
