Introduction
In this paper, I will discuss four of my long-term personal goals. The first goal I will discuss is staying fit and healthy now. The second goal is earning an estimated annual income by the age of 30. My third goal is to travel around the world by the time I reach the age of 30. My fourth goal is to buy and customize my own home by the age of 35. These are my long-term personal goals because I believe they will benefit me in the long run.
Goal #1
My number one goal is staying fit and healthy. I choose to make this one of my personal goals because I want to make a change to the appearance of how I look and to prolong my overall health. Staying healthy to me determines the limits allowing a person to do specific things in the long-term. Injuries will happen here and there, but it is short-term. I believe having these two components will help me flourish and enjoy life to its limits.
The first step I will take to stay fit and healthy is drinking at least eight cups of water daily. Water will help flush out most toxins and hydrate my body. The second step is to eat at least four healthy, portioned-out meals and snack in between those meals daily. My appearance and overall health is dependent on what I put into my body. Whether I want to take my time on it or not, I will try to accomplish them in a timely manner as listed. First and foremost, I want to stay fit and healthy to prolong my life, as it is important to accomplish these goals I set up for myself. In addition to staying active, I will accompany myself with jobs in my degree to reach a specific, estimated annual income goal of $70,000 to $150,000. Now with the money, I will save and travel at least two times a year to relieve myself and experience the differences each country got to offer. Lastly, I want to buy and customize my own home by the age of
