I would say that the one with a 6-foot marble relief of a standing male is an ancient Greek sculpture, and the other one with a 5-foot marble relief of a crowd of people around a man on horseback is an ancient Roman sculpture.

Greek Sculpture: There is a standing young male nude with crossed legs, and the sculpture shows the golden ratio of the human body. He looks very comfortable and lean back into an object. Also there is an old male who stares at the person on the left. Nudity was a common norm in the Greek art, and this is the way to express the beauty of human body, and also express heroisms. Greek artists made many mythological statues and sculptures with nudity, and they expressed the figure with a golden ratio of human body to express perfection. If you look at the gods in ancient Greek freestanding sculptures, all of the male gods are in nude with a muscular ideal body type. However, the ancient Greek people do not express female gods in nude, because they only loved male nudity as an art. Also nudity was common attire for athletes at the Olympic games, and it proves that ancient Greek people loved the aesthetic ideal of male nudity.

Roman artists expressed the power of emperor along with solders and citizens. There are men on horseback on the center of the relief, and there are two people kneeled down in front of the armored men. It shows a social class of Romans, and armed solders are guarding the man on horseback who looks most important figure in the sculpture. Roman people tended to use sculptures or paintings in order to express their social power, and non-religious
