Any system where you can put in information, sort it, and use it to increase knowledge.

Technology has not been updated for 20 years, which decreases efficiency. The company does not keep up with the times and their software is not up to its full potential since it is not up to date. The system can only do the bare minimum, which is not adequate for a GROWING industry.

Advantages of outsourcing the entire process * can focus attention on the customer service which is their main selling point * eliminates a distraction away from the customer
Disadvantages of outsourcing the entire process * cannot directly monitor security * could create a scandal or release of information out of the company’s control
