On April 23rd, 2006, the body of Marc and Debra Richardson and their eight year old son, Jacob Richardson was found in their home. The killers would be their twelve year old daughter, Jasmine Richardson and her twenty three year old boyfriend, Jeremy Steinke. They were found in their home by a six-year-old kid who was the friend of Jacob and wanted him to come out and play. He saw their bodies lying on the floor through a window. Marc and Debra's bodies were found lying on the ground downstairs, while Jacob was discovered upstairs, lying on his bed. The police have found that Jasmine was absent from the home, and they expected that she might have been kidnapped. The following day, Jasmine and her boyfriend Jeremy were found miles away, and both were captured and accused of three first-degree murders of her parents and younger brother. Jeremy Steinke was a Goth and thought of himself as a 300 year old werewolf. Jasmine and Jeremy met at a punk shake show in the same year. Jasmine promptly caught interest with him and his Goth way of life. July of 2007, following 3 hours of pondering, the jury brought back the decision. She was guilty on all three counts. Jasmine was sentenced to 10 years, which is the most extreme sentenced permitted by the Youth Criminal Justice act.
