This marketing research report is to find out marketing opportunity of Tromm Styler for family use and for business in Australian market. 'TROMM Styler' is a new concept of electronic appliance designed as the clothing-managing device. The product was designed for users can easily deodorize and dry-clean their clothes by simply storing them in the machine. In that sense, it reduces the efforts and times to take care their clothes. It offers a professional touch, using a combination of technologies including steam to help reduce wrinkles and odors on clothing. This is particularly useful for items that require special care such as suits and blouses. It is possible not only to get rid of wrinkles and smells from the clothing, but to sterilize and dry the clothing as well, using steam and moving hangar.
This product not only reduces the efforts and time but also contributes to have ecological life and business by reducing usage of detergent and deodorizing agents. With its innovative, productive, sophisticated functions and design, and luxury images, it would appeal early adopters.
There is increasing number of double-income families; they are running out time to do all their house chores. Especially for the laundry, if they want to dry-clean their business suites and coats, it takes much time and money. Party culture makes people do more frequent care of their dresses.

Due to the fact that tourism industry is one of the primary industries of Australia, there are many hotels in Australia. Hotel industry has been taking part of the green-industry campaign by reducing laundry that help hotel reduce their expenses and protect environmental protection.
According to KRISSY RUSHING(2012), it is found that hotels are investing to facilitate high technology and luxury service.
It is forecasted that business tourist are will be increased in 2013 and it will be good opportunity for hotel to facilitate this product that helps business tourists take care their business suites and coats.

'TROMM Styler' is a clothing-managing device and has two different sizes for the purpose of use. The size of household is like a general refrigerator: 60(W) x 196(H) x 59.5(D), whereas, the size of business use is almost same but the wide is double: 120(W)
It offers a professional touch, using a combination of technologies including steam to help reduce wrinkles and odors on clothing. This is particularly useful for items that require special care such as suits and blouses.
This product has many functions, such as ▲the 'styling course', that eradicates wrinkles, smells, and micro dusts ▲the 'drying course' that prevents the clothing's contraction and transformation by drying under 50C, low temperature, in a non boiling manner ▲the 'sterilizing course' that gets rid of 99% of various germs on clothing using steam at high temperature and hardwood coal, that customers can use conveniently with pressing just a simple sequence of buttons.
It relies foremost on the Steam Refresh function, which is comprised of two features: Steam Spray and Moving Hanger Action. The Steam Spray feature helps keep clothes looking, feeling and smelling refreshed, while the Moving Hanger Action feature gently shakes steamed items to reduce everyday wrinkles.
In addition to removing stale odors, users have the option to select an aromatic scent of their choosing to spray on clothing items with the Aroma Spray function. In terms of design, the LG Styler boasts a modern, elegant finish that complements the interior décor of any bedroom, walk-in closet or laundry room. The Styler’s controls are displayed on a frontal touch panel and illuminated by soft, gentle lighting. The Styler is also quiet, emitting a mere 40dB when operational. The range of price is $2,000 for the household and $3,000 for the business use.
