It was a beautiful morning in a cabin right outside of Pennsylvania, where a girl named Mary Ann lived with her mother and her father. Mary Ann went to a small school with about 30 to 40 girls. Mary Ann loved to read books and would rather read a good book than watch a TV show. Mary Ann was not very liked at her school. One day after school, as Mary Ann was walking home with her friend Elizabeth, asked her something. “Do you want to come over and hang out after you do your homework.” “Sure,” Mary Ann said, “As long as my mother says I can.”
