Mary M. is set to appear in court on April 16 1957 for the suspected murder of her husband Mr. M. nevertheless experts are speculative of weather Mary M was the murderess, or simply a loving wife.

Detective James M. was a respected member of the police force. He had won several awards for exceptional conduct and was expected to soon move up in the ranks. Moreover Mary M. the wife of James M, was expecting a baby in just a few months. Consequently this leads many to doubt her guilt.

Police officer Jack Langhorne, who was a friend of the family had this to say. “I was one of the first officers at the crime scene.” “She seemed so sincere I couldn't believe that she could do something like this. I mean I knew the Maloneys they invited me over for dinner a few times, they were a really nice couple.”

Authorities have released very little information about the homicide causing some to speculate the events of the murder. Information about the trail will be released after the trail.
