Courtroom Statement Your honor, ladies and gentlemen of the jury my client, Mary Maloney, has been charged with first degree murder in the death of her husband Patrick Maloney on 02/20/2018. I will present evidence to you proving that Mary Maloney is innocent for the murder of her husband.
