Can you imagine masculinity already become a problem for teen ? In our real life today, a lot of videos and things encouraged young men to become violent to show their masculinity. Being violent basic means you have to punch or beat people. And the person who got beaten or punched usually couldn’t get that much help, because they are young men too. It’s a shame if you ask for help if you are a man. It’s really funny that people care about young women and just ignore the young men. People are getting more and more uncaring for young men who got beaten or punched. They think it’s possible for young men. But they also think it’s impossible for young women. In the percentage of suicide, young male(15-24 year-old) percentage is much higher than female. It shows a lot to us. We should start to focus on them, because when we go through to each young man. You will find out that when they get bullied, they will find some terrible ways to get rid of the depression. They start to regret, which is completely too late. In the film, it showed that young men’s suicide rate is really high. It seems like nobody really knows and cares why. The truth is that they all get depressed or beaten by someone. It’s much harder to fix a young man’s emotional problem than a young woman, because girls are much easier to coax, and after girls heard these kind of things they start to feel better. But young men are more like stern, they won’t get out. Instead they will do something dangerous. Like Holden did in the book, his brother is dead. In the night, he punched windows. The way young men’s masculinity showing is really weird, and let it go is weirder. That’s why Holden punched the windows so hard. They will hurt themselves
