Macbeth's ruin is brought on by the general public and himself. Gender assumes a major part in this play by Shakespeare. Macbeth being the grievous legend is a man and as a man in his general public is relied upon to be solid and fierce. Lady Macbeth pushed him into murdering Duncan. She controlled him by making him demonstrate his masculinity.

Lady Macbeth says "Unsex me" "take my milk for gall(poison)". This dialog says a great deal in light of the fact that for her a man is related to be brave, abhorrent, and savage.
