Typically in a case regarding discrimination I would side with the minority and argue that everybody should be treated equally since no matter what race or gender we are all humans, however in the case of Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission I believe that the baker should be protected under his First Amendment rights as well as his right to practice his religion.
