A strong drive and personal desire to become a more well-rounded professional and individual has prompted me to strive for a XXXX MBA from the University of XXXXX. This degree will serve as the bridge between where I am today and who I want to become. In researching various programs, I was attracted to the XXXX MBA because of its national recognition, its flexibility for working students, and its reputation for excellence. Furthermore, as a 20XX graduate of the University of XXXXXX, I know the quality of education I will receive for the value is unparalleled. The Program is especially attractive as I am a full time employee. This program allows me to continue to develop my career, while absorbing a wealth of knowledge through the program that will help me further my career in the workplace and develop my potential as an active contributor in the business community.
Entering the XXXX MBA will help me become a more marketable asset to a company by exposing me to an abundance of resources, networks, and learning tools I currently do not possess. My previous work experience has provided me with a fantastic foundation to build upon. While I do enjoy my current working environment, I am not satisfied with remaining content and stopping here. With two and a half years of banking experience and six years of real estate under my belt, I am looking for career advancement.
